In the very heart of Riga is the Kern Rezidence, which is entwined by the legend of Aleksander Pushkin and Anna Kern and the story of their fragile feelings. Neoklasika’s team of designers were tasked with creating an attractive small, functional, ergonomic and elegant studio-type apartment, respecting the philosophy of the house.
In creating the functional plan, the designer renounced brick walls. The only walls in the apartment separate the bathroom from the rest of the living space. However, when you are in the apartment, you never the get the feeling that you are laid bare. The functional plan has been created in a considered manner so that there is room for everything and the flows do not overlap. Walls are attractively divided with furniture and draperies. High quality and durable materials have been chosen for the finishes. The overall tonality is light and evanescent like a whipped cream cake with airy lines of poetry. The colour accents on the draperies add the perfect touch!
