Kern Residences is the story of Alexander Pushkin and Anna Kern’s fragile feelings and about one of the most beautiful poems in the history of literature “I keep in mind that magic moment”, which has inspired the interior of the demo apartment. In creating this interior, Neoklasika’s design team adhered to the house’s philosophy, making it fragile and evanescent, while demonstrating its character, giving each detail an individual voice within the interior’s choir.
The apartment has a total area of 94 m2, including balconies. It welcomes you with a spacious hall, which directs functional flows to the rooms in shared use, the office and bedroom. Printed canvases line the doors to the rooms, inviting you to enter and concurrently ensuring intimacy. Door frames, skirting boards and ceiling recesses have distinctly dark tones, framing each interior element as a valuable work of art. The entrance hall is separated from the lounge by a free-standing openwork shelf system, dividing and joining these two rooms in shared use. The open and concurrently closed plan makes this interior unique. It is augmented by the full configuration of the apartment with furniture and lights from the best manufacturers in Europe and globally.
