Located on the shoreline of the Baltic beach in an exclusive private housing block with panoramic views and organically shaped architecture, Neoklasika was inspired to create a unique and biophilic luxury beach house interior that would transcend trends and exceed the borders of the ordinary.
The space is soothing, regenerating and slightly futuristic, with curved walls, individually designed furniture and wall panelling, and a carefully curated selection of high-end designer furniture and lighting.
Timeless furnishings and rich materials, such as natural stone and exotic wood, and leather wall panelling by Studio art enhance the sense of classic elegance and sophistication.
Each design solution was individually tailored to meet the clients' needs and individuality, with each surface treated as a canvas that reflects the concept through texture, colour and detailing. To enhance the individual approach, we created a unique flooring pattern with Listone Giordano's Slide Natural Genius wood flooring collection. A playful infinity effect was added to the guest bathroom with a glass mirror mosaic.
The vast entrance hall and open-plan living space with a lounge area, kitchen with an art-deco style island, and intimate dining area provide ample space for entertaining guests. The apartment's private quarters feature a grand master bedroom with a walk-in closet for an extended shoe and bag collection, an ensuite bathroom, a home office with a library, and two children's bedrooms.
Overall, this biophilic interior design can be perceived as a personalized artwork that harmoniously blends classic elegance and futuristic interior elements, creating a unique and welcoming living space with stunning views of the Baltic beach.
